Chinese Restaurant stands out as probably my favorite, but it's hard to pick just one.

Elaine: "Should I do it, George?"

I like the one when George and Kramer are carrying the sofa up to Elaines apartment, and they get it stuck in the stairwell. When they ordered the pizza, and Kramer started eating it on the stuck sofa, I lost it.

Van Buren Boys and it's probably not even close for me, a couple reasons why.

I LOVE Peterman: 'damn..they changed the cable channels again...nbc....where's my damn preview channel!?
'ruining the very pants i was returning...NOW THAT is good writing!"
"i don't need your stories you vagabond!"
"im out of plant food...i bet i have a coupon!"

the PANTS story, come on, amazing.

george interviewing all the overachievers - they're all great, but i love the last guy

i also love the kramer/elaine interactions when he is telling her the pants story.

The episode where George is driving the Ross's out to his imaginary house in the Hamptons.

He's lying to them, they know he's lying, he know's they know he's lying and it becomes a matter of wills as to who will call out the other first.

I do't think I could single out a single list. Out of the top 25% of the episodes my favorite will be which ever one I've seen most recently. My top three goes something like The Chicken Roaster, The Van Buron Boys, and The Chinese Restaurant. Though I'm sure someone will list an episode that I missed and I'll remember how good it was and want that in my top three.
