DJ Qualls as Jerry Lundegaard JR?

Also loved the

I have the sneaking suspicion that Nikki the short-haired brunette character is going to come out of this ominous predicament alive and well, with amazing hair and make-up, just looking great.

Also another wild prediction: the older brunette female character, the one trying to buy the business, is the boss of Varga's operation.

Will Nikki ever get her coconut cream pie with chocolate flakes on top?

Were we supposed to know who the guy was sitting next to Nikki in the jail bus??

It looked like the deaf guy from season 1. But I could be wrong.

That was a great scene, somethings need to be said out loud to really understand how absurd something is.

"Turn millions into thousands." lmfao.

Watched Big Lebowski last night and just realized that Varga is Knox Harrington, Maude's friend with the cleft aszhole. I love all the BL references this season.

The one thing that slightly rubbed me wrong is they wrote St. Cloud police to be just too stupid. If they were going to end up believing that there's more to this story anyway you really don't need the boss guy being skeptical about the syringe full of poison. People are dumb and lazy and stubborn and he was written perfect as a dumb lazy stubborn guy up until the assassination attempt, but nobody is that ****ing dumb.

Yeah, it's a Big Lebowski reference with a little extra added to it.

The guy sitting at the bar is God. He gave Nikki and deaf guy a second chance at life because he views Nikki as a crusader and destroyer of evil.

Also, notice how God talks about reincarnation?

When Yuri shows up at the alley, God shows him a view of his pre-reincarnated past. The woman in the vision is the woman who was killed back in WWII (remember the opening scene of this season?). Yuri has an evil spirit within him that has been traveling through generations via reincarnation.

I thought this episode was absolutely fantastic. The opening 15-20 minutes with Nikki and deaf guy had me on the edge of my seat and the final showdown around the tree stump was amazing.

This episode clearly tested the boundaries between reality/hallucinations (bowling alley, Emmit going crazy) which is a directing technique that I'm a huge fan of.

This season started out somewhat boring for Fargo standards, but it's picked up dramatically in the last few weeks. This recent episode might be my favorite Fargo episode to date.

Good ep., but Winstead is the most indestructible character we've seen since that kid in The Walking Dead took a Moe Green special and still survived.

Loved this episode. I'm going to go back and rewatch the episode with Gloria in LA to see if Ray Wise is God there, too.

I thought it was building off the Jewish mysticism from the opening sequence of A Serious Man.

By the way, how bad is DJ Qualls at being a criminal?

Guy ****ed up every step of the way. Seems like Varga only has two competent goons.
