Season 3 of Community starts tonight on NBC at 8/7c.

Possibly one of the most underrated comedies around at the moment but it's own Season 3 thread is the first step to an Emmy imo!

is chevy chase coming back for season 3? i vaguely remember something about him leaving at the end of season 2 finale.

hopefully season 3 has more annie than the past 2 seasons.

Harmon mentioned in an interview that he was watching a lot of "The Wire" this summer. Not sure if that will lead to much though since he also wants to draw a larger audience this season.

With Prof. Duncan and the Dean Pelton they have shown they have no problem balancing supporting cast and the main cast and in Fistful of Paintballs and Anthropology 101 they have shown they can have big name one and done guest stars too.

However Goodman is used i think the show has known how to draw the line and not have them overshadow the cast and steal too much of the episode that it just seems exploitative.
