2) This is going back to season 4, but... is it not weird that Walt/Jesse just blew up the lab in broad daylight? A bunch of the workers saw them pretty consistently and saw them walking out that day. Sorry, I rewatched the finale before watching the S5 premiere and this was weird to me.

All of the workers were illegal immigrants from Honduras, they weren't gonna say anything.

As someone who knows exactly how the whole magnet thing is supposed to be working I didn't give a second thought to the reality of it. I just took it like we are wiping out the hard drive, done.

I'll relate this to any computer movie for me, no ones hacking the gibson here.

The thing I understand from everyone else is a show that tries to be "realistic" most times will get nick picked for being "somewhat" unrealistic at points.

If we were all being realistic, Jesse rats him out in season one the first time he gets picked up.

Absolutely, and it doesn't detract from my enjoyment in the least (well the plane crash was slightly OTT ha).

Just in case this was directed at me, I wasn't trying to pick holes with my post but it's interesting to know whether the magnet-wiping thing is actually possible in the real world. To me anyway

did they ever explain how walt knew exactly where the evidence room was located in the police station?

at first i thought he might have backups too but then i figured that storing a bunch of evidence that implicates you as the biggest meth dealer in the southwest in multiple locations doesn't seem like a good idea.

Mike knew where it was.

That pic just adds to my axiousness about how long it'll be till we actually see it. Never would've seen that.

They also said the back case was not damaged, further implying the hard drive is still intact. I am not sure how the bank info could cause problems for them, although I'm sure they will tie it in somehow. They got paid in cash. How is there a trail?

pls report this troll

But I thought Ted was 100% dead and everyone who thought otherwise was stupid!

What's up with the first scene at Denny's? Didn't quite understand that. Was that like a peek into the future or smth, i mean walt had hair and stuff.

As usual a few post saying awesome ep, a few speculating on the future and 3000 on nitpicking if a laptop could be wiped with a magnet.

Good to be back.

Future Walt is on his way to protect present Walt from an ambush. Which is why he needed the light machine gun. Did you miss the whole time travel subplot last season? Seriously?

I'm getting leveled here i guess , but srsly, i didn't get that :/
I have watched all the seasons 2 times.

Magnet discussion might have been worse than the Gale dead/Ted dead/Brock poison discussions combined.

Not much, celebrating his 52nd b-day and purchasing some weapons.

edit: yes, obv in future.

jmakin, you derailed this thread enough on your own. Keep your ****ty gimmicks elsewhere.

I bet they did that all for nothing. Person like Gus probably had the whole hard drive encrypted with the strongest encryption available that would take decades to open. Even then he might have deleted and written over the files right after watching.

Is there any chance Walt could get cured or his cancer go into long term remission?
07-16-2012 , 08:04 PM
-What if Gus had Walts name tied to the bank account as a precautionary measure incase Walt got the best of Gus at some point?

-Is it crazy to think that Walt gets to a point where he is so narcissistic and cares about nobody but himself that the M60 is for killing Hank?

-If Walt is infact now in Gus' role, or at least sees himself in Gus' role, is it unreasonable to think that he can die the same way as Gus did? Possibly at the hands of Jesse or maybe even Hank. Hank could get the drop that Walt is coming to kill him and take him down.

I dunno, just a thought.
