Mike's a Philly guy!

I knew there was a reason I liked him!

Man that entire interrogation scene was fantastic. A+ dialogue.

I've really never like Hank. Always seems like an immature prick.
07-22-2012 , 10:41 PM
Mike asked if he forgot his handcuffs. Instant classic line.

He has always been one of my favorites, primarily for the same reason.

Merkert apparently keeps WhistlePig under his desk. Good for him. My brother got me a bottle of that last Christmas, but I haven't tried it yet. Maybe this is the week...

Could watch a whole show about Mike. Can't believe he let Lydia live though.

Mike may be my favorite TV character of all time. He's just written and acted perfectly.

Mike rules

good ep

Weird w/Walt and Skylagh at the end. Her best episode of the series so far though, zero lines
07-22-2012 , 11:10 PM
I thought the episode sucked.

Opening scene was fantastic. That alone was worth tuning in the hour for. The rest of it far exceeded expectations, but also did as it should, begin to build the season and bringing it's main characters to the forefront. So glad Mike is one of them. He is one of the best bad asses on tv of all time. Not for the type of sinister darkness we loved in Gus, but for the human struggles he has in every move with innocents along the way. His conflict on the screen translates exceptionally well.

Walt as expected is getting full of himself. If (when) Jesse finds out how badly down the garden path he has been rode, well, it will be interesting. They made the point to really bring out Jesse's emotional issues with the manipulation. He gonna blow eventually.

Freakin great 2nd EP, imo.

Mike is so great. I would watch his PI show always.

Kinda loved how explicitly they answered the laptop questions.

Madrigal seems interesting.

What did Walt say at the end of the episode? I couldn't make it out.
07-22-2012 , 11:25 PM
"No more half measures Walter"

Uh oh, Mike messed up.

Great great episode, +1 on the love for the opening scene

How did Mike know they needed methylamine? (I guess it's not absolutely necessary that he did, seemed weird though)

I think he says, "we all do things for good reasons...for family"

During their earlier meeting, Walt mentioned acquiring it as one of Mike's areas of responsibility if he went into partnership with them.
