Yes you get it man. The whole show is about how Jessie is struggling with his homosexuality. You have Gus, inviting him over for this delicious stew, saying, "Go the gay way, go the gay way". On the flip side, you have Walt, who represents heterosexuality, telling Jessie to kill the Gays, aka Gus. And then when Gus lures Jessie in, Walt will have to break out the Heisenberg costume and remind him what a pimp looks like and how much pussy he can pull.

Thinking about this as a Halloween costume:

So the premise of the show is that Walt really is cooking the best meth in the world? What are the odds of that?

I guess Walt must really be a kick ass chemist, it's a shame he spent all those years as a high school science teacher.

But hey that's where he met Jesse.

I enjoyed this nytimes article on AP and VG even though it's a bit dated (March 2010). It's hard to imagine the series without Aaron Paul, and moreso after his outstanding work in S4, but the original plan was to kill off Jesse at the end of S1.

PSA: For anyone remotely interested in Bryan Cranston, do NOT miss Drive.

One of the best movies I've seen in a long time. Cranston is good in it, but Gosling, Brooks, and Mulligan are even better. It's ****ing awesome.
