I just want to do what's best for us and my workers but they just hate me and misunderstand everything I do."
Then his face got blown off. Gus was the hero and the only one cooler than him is Jesse. If Walt doesn't die I'll be so ****ing pissed. He's such a horrible person and the way he manipulates Jesse makes me sick.
Walt risked his life and freedom many times for his friends and family. Saving Jesse from the 2 drug dealers Gus had kill a 10 year old boy. And many other times. Where has Gus ever risked his life or freedom for another on the show? I can name many for Walt but not one for Gus.
And speaking of the 10 year old boy that got murdered. Gus ordered the murder of a boy!!!!!!! And it wasn't even imperative for the boy to die for Gus. Just did it to bait Jesse to get himself killed. How can you think Walt worse than Gus after that? Walt poisoned a boy with a plant, but we don't know if there was a chance that it could have been fatal, or if he knew it would just make the boy look like he was gonna die, and knew the boy would recover. Did that ever get proven whether he knew it wouldn't kill the boy?
Don't get me wrong i enjoyed the Gus character. He was a very good at his business/very professional. Much more professional than Walt was acting. But he was a cold blooded killer/bad person. His kills were just to run his business smoother, and to make a point of who was in charge. Where Walt's kills were because he was forced into a corner to kill or be killed, or arrested. Not saying Walt didn't do slimy things(especially towards the end), but he was forced into a corner by Gus and others. Gus was never pressured into a corner like Walt was on a constant basis. Gus killed to strengthen business where Walt killed for survival.
The show makes Walt look like a sniveling scumbag in the later seasons while Gus looks respected and awesome. But in reality Gus did much worse for much less reason. Walt is a better person than Gus.
