Breaking Bad: All Bad Things Must Come to an End. Breaking Bad: All Bad Things Must Come to an End.

Hell yeah it is.

It means I will try really hard to resist the urge to watch any previews, especially a "This season on Breaking Bad..." type. That is if there even are any.

It struck me today how dumb some of the 'Walt is wearing a wire in the S5a teaser' talk is. In the scene, he's on his way back to ABQ from New Hampshire, and the assumption is that he's just stopped at Denny's to pick up the machine gun and grab some food. Are we supposed to believe that either a) he wore the wire all the way from New Hampshire to ABQ, or b) he stopped to put on the wire specifically before going in to buy the gun, implying that the DEA/police are particularly worried about catching Jim Beaver's gun salesman character, and that c) there's someone else out there in ABQ that's bigger than Heisenberg, the prospect of whose entrapment would be so enticing as for the DEA to allow Heisenberg himself to cut a co-operation deal.

I've been wrong before, but I just don't think it's plausible, and I think what we saw was just Bryan Cranston's production mic.

Along with the obvious fact that if he was wearing a wire, it would probably be for drug related stings, not guns.

I am so glad I tried to overdose on this show a little less than a year ago. Had heard about it but never took the time to watch it until then. So so good, so so giddy for Sunday.

Lol at the spoiler tags, especially because that has already been talked about in this/past BB threads.

Yeah it's been discussed itt before and shouldn't be considered a spoiler. VG is aware that that scene made it look like Skyler was going to get GOT, he could be missdirecting us just as well.

Anyway, I don't think the possibility of Skyler being killed by Walt is a spoiler, it's not exactly out of the realm of possibility.

Sadly wont be able to watch this live now that I have a job (on at 4 AM here). I'm going to set my alarm at 6 AM and pray that it's up already since otherwise I wont be able to focus on work anyway .

The two best tv shows imo.

How are you guys planning to get into the right state of mind for the new episode? You can't just plop down after work and flip it on.

I have a feeling Jesse is going to end up teaming up with Hank to bring Walt down. No idea how such a union might come about, but Jesse is surely going to find out about Walt killing Mike and/or Jane (and almost killing Brock) so he's going to be pissed.

I get out of work at 8:00 on Sunday, and will be cooking a nice cilantro lime marinated flank steak. Hopefully it will be ready by 9:00.

They tested the exploding meth/mercury fulminate to see if it would blow and if anybody would be injured/killed. And they tested if hydrochloric acid could dissolve a body, bath tub, floor and ceiling.

I was hoping they would test if the loss of a loved one could cause an air traffic controller to crash two planes into each other and then commit suicide, but they didn't test that. Maybe next time.

does the acid thing work? If so surely it's the future of illicit body disposal

Spoiler:
No. But sulphuric acid with an added ingredient could dissolve a body (but not the bath tub), but they used more than in bb.

cliffs of mythbusters:

-Acid+special ingredient can dissolve a body easily. Not so much for a bathtub. Gilligan's defence: 'twas a very specific bathtub out of weak material

-ThisisnotmethBOOM: No way to not kill everyone in the room with such a force
Gilligan's defence: actually kinda forgot, I think he said Walt probably used a very unique ingredient that changed the dynamic and impact?

anyway it is pretty entertaining though some scenes felt a bit forced. I'm pretty sure Giligan didn't write all of his lines. It was never really awkward/cringeworthy or anything, but came kinda close to it imo.

Also while I was watching I literally thought "why wouldn't you just buy a big ass snake to disolve your bodies". Don't ask why I thought it, but I'm not entirely convinced that it would be a terrible idea.

In the right movie/show, it would be freaking awesome! But it would have to be like a Sharknado'ish approach to the overall.
