Interview with creator Loren Bouchard on today's AV Club

One thing I haven't seen mentioned is the great (presumably original?) music they use for some of the scenes and over the end credits. I just watched the cabbie episode and the art crawl episode again, and the cabbie episode has the "Liftin' up the skirt of the night..." song over a montage of Bob cabbing, and again over the end credits. The art crawl episode has a song over the end credits whose only lyrics are "BUTTS... BUTTS... BUTTS..."

Lobsterfest episode was amazing.

Also, before the explanation with the wingman song you can see the chalkboard Bob uses just lying around.

What I really love about this moment is that Fischoeder doesn't seem to remember Bob's Burgers at all, even though they're his tenants and he was in there a couple of episodes ago-- he apparently doesn't remember Gene in the burger suit either.

YES!

Best show on Fox's animation Sunday by a significant margin. Hoping it comes back in January too as Allen Gregory has been getting pretty bad reviews and a Napoleon Dynamite cartoon seems woefully misguided (why now? Why not seven years ago?).
