don't you need 100 episodes for syndication?

It's been 88 for quite awhile, and a new trend is to get shows in syndication earlier than that when they feel it's a lock to hit 88.

Well, that was the episode that should have been after the death episode. Easily probably the best The Blacklist episode I can remember in forever. Dennehy was great, should get Emmy notice for what he did.

The backdoor Pilot looks like it's going to be next week, so not sure how much that will be a lost episode. Anything to segregate Tom from this show would be ideal.

We still think Elizabeth is not really dead right?

But if they spin off Tom, what does that mean for Liz when she comes back? She raises the baby by herself? Unless the spin off is a light comedy about a single dad raising a baby while fighting bad guys...

There have been zero indications that Elizabeth is not dead (proving the endless cynicism of the audience for it not to believe she is). The opium house could be a clue, but I think they know that's a bad move. Obviously, if she's not dead, she's just on maternity leave. Red has done nothing but act like she's dead, and he was the person we'd be most likely to think would help her disappear. He was also the last guy in the ambulance.

Just waiting for the hey she actually was a twin and we can have a Russian Liz show up.

Didn't we speculate about her having or being a twin in season 1? I can't remember anymore.

liz coming back as evil liz and having a spot on red's blacklist.
I love it.

#4 was Tom
#3 is evil liz

and I still say #1 is Red himself

this show has fallen off it's wheels.

now jean grey from the early xmen movies joined the show.
she was octopussy from a james bond film from last century?
holy plastic surgery batman!

if she has such resources, why did she need to break solomen out and recruit him to kipnap Liz?

this show has gotten so confusing ever since they went with the daughter of a Russian spy angle.

Just caught up with the past few episodes. Still thinking Liz has gotta be alive somehow? Maybe they bring back a evil twin Liz. I actually thought the episodes w/o her were good, back to the fun, ruthless Red.

Also, Jean Grey >>>>> Liz

Totally thought they were going to go there
Spoiler:
A little hand to the throat while getting it on and then the mom son thing

Would have been super funny if they kissed and then he found out it was his mom. Now that he's being exited from the show for the spinoff, are we safe to think he won't be on The Blacklist anymore? Please let it be. I have no plans to watch the spinoff.

do they have a name or even a premise for the spinoff?

also, in the episode, why did she open up to Tom like that?
unless she knew he was her son?

and why the hell is Kirk coming to the USA?
what does he care about some US senator subpoena him?

Here's the info about the spinoff:

I don't think she knows Tom's her son. I also think her anxiety stuff is real, and that she loves little babies, maybe even to eat.

Can't even remember exactly why Kirk's coming, but it's obviously for Red to get him.

I actually didn't hate that because they didn't go the obvious route and Red wasn't in on it.

so dad is sick and getting blood transfusions.
guess he needs a compatible donor.
luckily he now has both daughter liz and his granddaughter agnes.

so why did Red say he'll only work with Liz in season 1?
(aka the premise of the show)

also, probably RIP Kate

I only remember Famke Janssen as jean grey of the xmen movies.

she was Goldeneye in the james bond film w/Pierce Brosnan in 1995.
and the wife in Taken?!

she looks sooooooooooo different in Taken than in the xmen movies and Blacklist that I never recognized her
