Shes the only awful actor/ress on the show. And they force her to attempt emotional and incisive scenes. Its pretty laughable to go from giamati/wendy to her. And obv she doesnt work at all with axe.

Good ahow tho. Super cheesy and predictable often enough but the acting is great and the payoffs usually worth it despite said cheese.

Great ep! Thought it was pretty obvious that after what was turning out to be an unconventionally positive episode, that there would have to be some sort of kicker at the end to even it out.

Rhodes Senior really showed his worth this week as well!

His wife redeemed herself with the sweet Loubitons in her closet. I must be in the wrong circles, but I've never met a woman who put her shoes on first and then tried to find the right dress for them.

wow this show got boring, can barely make it through an episode anymore. I guess I'm dropping out, and I hope anyone who enjoys the show continues to.

ya if you think its been boring, then I dont think this show is for you. not being critical. can def see how this show has measured appeal.

but, as jipster says, the main actors are so fun for me to watch. and so is connely, and lonnie, and the fat lawyer, and wendy.

Basically it was just good having Lewis and Giamatti together, and each of them with David Strathairn. It was the combination of actors/characters that made the episode stand out.

Agreed. It wasn't the most fun episode to watch... Apart from Wags who always entertains.

Because he couldn't access the money in his blind trust, Rhodes had to pawn some valuable books he owned to pay for expenses after separating. Axe found out about that somehow and purchased those books. We saw him buy them and then just stick them in storage or something.

This show doesn't seem to work that way. If it were the case that Stephanie was a plant, I think we would have seen Axe's hand in setting that up. Axe most likely wanted to use her as a means to reel Wags back in.
