Big Brother Over the Top premiers Wednesday September 28th exclusively online on CBS All-Access. There will be a few differences from Vanilla BB, mainly that America will have some kind of role in determining the winner and possibly designating houseguests as "safe" in the early weeks of the game. There will also be LIVE DR sessions broadcast twice a week which sounds like it could be very interesting to watch.

Projected Role: geeky genius superfan

1st Impression/prediction: his bio vid talks about his aggressive side brought out in his job as a debt collector which strikes me as the wrong thing to be stressing early in a BB game. Also, filling the role of genius superfan and working a debt collector doesn't feel right. He will be overconfident and be back stabbed by his alliance.

Danielle



Occupation: Pre-school teacher
Hobbies Flag football, cooking, photography
Projected Role: Athletic female looking to dominate comps

1st impressions/ prediction: Says she wants to take the best Parts of Dr Will, Rachel and Derrick's games. She wants to find a ride or die with a good social game to compliment her athletic abiliities, so at least she is thinking about her own weaknesses and how to compensate for them. If she doesn't go beast mode in comps early making herself too big a target she could make a deep run.

Micheal aka "Cornbread"



Occupation: foreman at tree removal company
Hobbies: Canoeing, Camping, ATV'ing
Projected Role: Lovable country goofball/ Comic Relief.
1st impression/ Prediction: The 2nd coming of Chicken George. Will not be taken seriously by most and will float to a mid to late jury finish.

Morgan



Occupation: Publicist
Hobbies: Online shopping, painting, binge-watching TV
Projected Role: Eye Candy/ Showmance fodder.
1st Impression/ prediction: Sister to BB OTT hoesmate Alex. Life-long cheerleader who lists shopping as a hobby should be all you need to know here. Claims she will not be in a showmance but also says she doesn't want an all girls alliance so my prediction is she is the 1st to end up in a showmance.

Alex


Occupation: Animation Designer
Hobbies:Playing Settlers of Catan, going to the gym, Playing piano

Projected Role: hot but nerdy superfan

1st Impression/ Prediction: Morgan's sister is obviously the bigger BB fan of the 2 and talks about wanting to form an "oddball alliance," which I am interpreting as wanting to stay away from big athletic targets, or outspoken people whose big mouths get them in trouble early in the game. Unfortunately for her, her sister seems like she will be one of those people. If she can differentiate herself enough from her sister and survive the inevitable splitting up of them, she could be considered a favorite.

Occupation: Seafood Restaurant Owner
Hobbies: Fishing, Sculpting, Writing.
Projected Role: Quirky guy with no clue about the game. Showmance fodder.


1st impression/Prediction: Another guy who thinks he can cook his way to the finals. From his bio I'm pretty sure he has never seen an episode of BB befoere in his life and is just there for the experience. He will be out as soon as the obvious threats are dealt with unless he manages to work his way into a position where he is a swing vote once the lines in the house have been clearly drawn. More than likely he falls victim to being put up as a pawn only to be sent packing by people really playing the game.

Monte



Occupation: Engineer Associate
Hobbies: Sports, Being Outdoors, Working out.
Projected Role: Athletic comp beast Showmance fodder.
1st Impression/Prediction: Will be an obvious early target as the most athletic guy in the house. Another red flag is that one of the words he uses to describe himself is stubborn. His best chance is to win some comps early and develop an alliance that will protect him on weeks when he can't compete, but as the only clear athletic guy in the house I think he will be seen as a threat by too many people to get much traction in the house.

Neeley



Occupation: Sales Associate
Hobbies: Working Out, shopping, going to the movies.
Projected Role: Self-described Diva/ Showmance fodder
1st impression/Prediction: Anyone who describes themselves as a Diva as a rule tends to be a huge drama queen who will be unable to control their emotions and make enemies quickly. As a likely comp dog she won't be able to back up her over the top personality and be one of the 1st voted out.

Occuption: Roofer
Hobbies: Golf, Video Games, Working Out.
Projected Role: Showmance fodder
1st impressions/ Prediction: Says he wants to emulate Vanessa's gameplay but also be in a showmance? Good luck with that. He will think he is control of his alliance but will b e too "hands on" with the people he is trying to manipulate and they will turn on him.

Shelby


Occupation: Law school Graduate
Hobbies: Classical Piano, eating
Projected Role: Eye Candy/ Showmance fodder
1st impressions/ Prediction: If you couldn't get enough of Bronte's "I'm a mathematician" you're gonna love the remix version " I'm a lawyer!" A couple of red flag's with Shelby including the fact that she boasts about being voted biggest loud mouth in high School and she says she will have no problems telling people exactly what she thinks of them. She is also making the classic BB mistake of lying about her profession. I want to root for her just for eye candy purposes but I just don't see it happening.

Whitney



Occupation:Medical Assistant
Hobbies:Spending time wth family, sleeping, traveling.
Projected Role: A Pause button with a Pulse
1st impressions/prediction: milquetoast personality hoping to rely on "her southern Charms" to get to the end of the game but is adamant she will not be in a shownabce because she loves her boyfriend, blah blah blah. She will float her way to mid-game and possibly play a role as a swing vote before being cast aside.

It's going to be a hybrid. Still going to be an hoh and stuff so will be different than straight player noms and public evictions.

Also going to do all drs on feeds and everything will be on the feeds as they happen. Also the hgs will have to stay awake during normal hours.

Think it has potential. Public voting tends to suck but once in a while they get it right.

If you mean because they're apparently letting the fans do the evicting, I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. The most entertaining version of BB I've ever seen was the last few seasons of BB Australia. Although that was less because of the format and more because of great casting and great imagination by the producers, something which has mostly been lacking in the U.S. version.

I would make Alex a pretty big favorite just based on the 1-2 minute clips I watched from everyone.

Most of the guys in the house seem like either idiots or douches.

It's also worth noting that E has a slideshow of the house redecoration available, and the Memory Wall has slots for 16 keys. So maybe even two more vets? That seems like a lot for a 65 day season. One eviction tonight somehow (though I doubt it because it hasn't been promoted) still means you'd have to get rid of 11 people in 8 weeks to leave 4 in for the last week.

With fans voting I doubt that they'll do DEs. Also I think it would be strange to vote on Jason/Jozea and then let other returnees in without a vote.

I think they'll do at least one DE because they like the drama. The casting is weird because the numbers don't add up, especially since the sisters are playing as unique houseguests and not in a twin twist format.

I don't like DE because i like to see each houseguest stew for a week on the hotseat so they have time to cause drama knowing they're going home and or to make a good argument to change the house plan. Everyone deserves a week to try to stay alive. The person on DE get totally screwed.

Doesn't Jason have a huge advantage if the fans vote? I think i might like the fans voting as it will more than likely keep the people we want in the house. And it will force people not to be boring duds as they know the fans would want them out.

Alex being a superfan and having her sister in the house seems like the favorite of the newbie's. I see Shelby going far because she's smart, beautiful, and prolly sweet so she'll be around late.

Scott the nerd prolly will know the game like a steve type but i have a feeling he will be the first to go because social outcast and the fear he's steve.

Unless I'm the wrong the viewers don't vote who leaves each week.

I'm not a fan of no jury with the public voting but I can live with it since its only one week. I hope the players understand this.

I would think Paul beats Nicole if it happened in BB18.

Live diary rooms sounds cool too. The show won't be scripted like the tv diary rooms.

I worry this show will not be a hit because of the timing being right after a big brother ended and being only online. But i bet i will like this version better as it's more real.
