Demetres is an awesome player. If he does that, he's one of the greats.

Karen is clicking buttons. No way it was better for her game to keep Demetres over Dillon. Neither Demtres or Ika will take her to final 2. Only Kevin will, and her weird vendetta against him will hurt his chances of being in a position to take her. She has zero chance of ever winning a meaningful physical competition, so she is pretty much capped at third place at this point unless Kevin runs the table in comps. Kevin needs to somehow convince Karen of her stupidity but I think she is too stubborn and it seems he has given up on being friendly with the remaining houseguests.

Kevin's social game sucked this year to be honest. Seems like the only person with any kind of loyalty to him was Bruno.

Yeah but that stuff seemed to make everyone else hate him. While it did get him off the block, it was bad for his overall social game imo. William was never more than a secondary player in the game, so to gain will's trust while pissing off Dre, for example, was a -EV move. He got lucky that will had a secret POV

IIRC his season was the last to feature a segment where finalists communicated with the jury like a Survivor FTC. Let's hope that BBCAN's choice to allow the F4 to have a "60 second jury message" is a sign of better structure to come for USA seasons. The BBUSA finales since Dan's first season have been structural garbage.

Really Glad Kevin won. He deserved it. While his social game was a little lacking this year, his ability to win physical comps, along with his game knowledge and studying ability made him completely unbeatable in the end game. I don't know if there has been a competitor in Big Brother History (US or Canada) who was more prepared for the "knowledge of game" end-game competitions.


I thought it was interesting that BB went in a different direction for the final HoH comp in this season. My memory may be off on this, but it seems like each season, the 3 parts of the HoH can be broadly characterized as:

1st part - purely physical. Sometimes an endurance. Check for this season

2nd part - Game knowledge. Usually an elaborate time challenge that tests player's knowledge of events and specific days that they happened or specific sequence of events. - Check for this season

3rd part - A complete crapshoot event. Basically a coinflip. Sometimes it has been attributing random quotes from the jury house and trying to guess which contestant said it in their exit interview, or something of the like.

Usually, making deals and ensuring your final 2 partners is hugely important since the final HoH comes down to a crapshoot. This year, they went with a game knowledge quiz for the final HoH and made the questions very difficult. This basically guaranteed the HoH would go to Kevin as he was light years ahead of everyone else in his studying and knowledge of the game. I think it is great, but I wonder why they went with such a drastic change for this season. Can anyone remember a previous season where the final HoH was so skill-based as this season?

i was thinking same thing when i saw the final comp. it's usually the one where they ask who said a quote or if the quote ended in sentence A or B. thought they handed it to kevin with that comp. Having said that youve been in a house for god knows how many days with nothing to do, why dont u study ur dates?

i think this one was in response to last season's part 3 being too easy. I think Kelsey and Phil got every question right.

In season 1, it was a BB US-esque crap shoot. True or false about what people said their strategy was going into the house pregame... I havent seen the others
