I didn't say Victor should go to war with the house this week i said he should play the middle. Instead he has already chosen his side(the wrong side) planning on winning veto and say fu to frank after he promised to pull him down. That being said he would be much better off if he won veto and pulled Frank down as opposed to f'ing him over. As you said yourself "he's so likely to be evicted soon" so why keep things the same if you're likely to be evicted soon? You already have a target on your back so he has nothing to lose and everything to gain. It would solidify an alliance with frank and give him a chance. Both comp beasts and still both have just as likely a chance to align with others than he would have had had he not used veto on frank. As it's not a serious slap in the face to anyone as all could understand his move being that he's so low on the totem pole in the house. And as the numbers dwindle people will be forced to align with Victor and frank anyway to have a chance against the showmances.
He should be saying that regardless of what he actually plans on doing with the veto. He's unlikely to get picked + win anyway. If he does it's a different story. But it makes no sense to bash him for saying that to that side of the house. That is saying the right thing to the right audience.
How is Frank manipulative? In both of his seasons, if you isolate only the weeks where he wasn't safe (no hoh/no veto), what % does he actually survive? The number is very low. That is why I say he has zero social/strategic skills - it'd prob be more accurate to say his social/strategic game has a negative impact if anything. If he was just a meathead who had no clue about the game and blindly followed people while winning comps he'd be a lot better than he is now. So that speaks to just how bad his social game is. It actively puts himself in danger.
I think you're basically just evaluating him on his entertainment value. You're saying its a better show with him in the house, which is fine I guess. But that's entirely separate than calling him a halfway decent BB player, which he clearly is not.
