killing the nazi's husband is what pushed elizabeth to the "I'm ready to retire" point.
Seeing what's happening to Pasha is making her seriously think about her own kids adjusting to life back home. There's only one more season so that will probably figure in heavily.
FWIW, it seems like the Center would be pushing hard to get henry into that boarding school, tons of washington insiders probably have their kids there, even an outside shot of converting Henry with a bunch of connected friends is worth the investment.
The next episode should (finally) have some major events. We've got Oleg, Martha and Mischa all kicking around and that stuff has to get unwound somehow, plus the russians Stan is working.
