I'm still watching but the show is feeling very played out. Same themes recycled endlessly through the actions of a merry go round of faces turned heels turned faces turned heels etc..

God I hated what Clarke had become and the first half of the episode then all was forgiven, Maddie was perfect, channeling Lexa like that, just so good. Hope we get some commander of death in the finale. Sadly saw previews and going to not be super happy

I think the Vincent line is just about a perfect summary of this show and humans in general.

^yeah, it's by far the best season overall imo. I think the show has been well below its peak for over two seasons now. It had a lot of promise that it never lived up to and almost certainly never will.

I honestly have no clue what to think of all that. It almost feels like they were hedging there bets in case the show got cancelled.

Will take a while to process all that.

That said the last 2 episodes of the season were the high point imo and was basically a reboot of the show.

It was renewed, and I was also surprised. Just not sure if they were renewed before or after filming this season. Glad we aren't getting Stargate Universed though.

I think as a whole season 2 was better but I just did a re watch up to 5 so time to re watch all of 5. The finale was great though. -

Glad I avoided any knowledge and forgot about the show, s5 delivered in what I was expecting to be a drawn out dead horse beating. Sure they recycle some plots but that’s what you have to do in the dystopic future to survive... now we’ll see if they can live
