possibly scammed for $140 by ijack. ijack states that package was shipped on wednesday, july 14th (had to ask about a week after paying what was happening to find out that it was shipped this day, no tracking info). has been 14 business days since then and package has not arrived. pmed him about it and response was that it was supposed to arrive early this week.

Every transaction I've done on here has gone smooth. I don't know why this isn't the case with this one.

The package was delivered to the Post Office on July 14th, 2010 and it should have arrived early this week.

We need to do a little better than that before opening any new threads to sell more games, don't you think? Maybe a tracking number for starters.

He sent first, and I shipped after receiving funds. Items were shipped on the 20th and he has them now. No reason why Bass3P hasn't received the PS3 games.

ill assume that i wont be receiving any of the items as its been about 3 weeks; 15 business days, so ill write about my experience. also, def a issue on his end regardless of whether its a scam or not.

when i initially opened up this thread i was very suspicious that ijack somehow had all the games i wanted (ijack had resonance of fate too but i was planning to buy that locally later so i didnt buy that from him) and then saw another poster's thread; mrregan's wanting to buy ps3 and games thread. I assumed ijack was selling off a ps3 + game collection or something and didnt think much especially since i saw a post in mrregan's thread about mrregan sending funds to him and also because ijack had 1900 posts. after i sent, a week or so went buy with 0 updates whatsoever on what the status of the transaction was. i got even more worried when i checked in on mrregan's thread and found that ijack had cancelled the transaction between him and mrregan because of a $15 tracking fee that he could not just simply ask mrregan to pay for, not to mention another post from someone else who posted in that thread who had the same experience with ijack as mrregan with the tracking. also, there were two instances in which ijack would login some time after i sent a pm and seemingly ignore it (was the case for my first pm to him about whats happening with the games deal; had two pms in total to find out that he shipped on wednesday.). i had assumed that since he was so active he had atleast some successful transactions, but apparently not since i checked a large amount of his activity in the marketplace and somehow he hasn't really conducted any transactions at all. on jul 30th 2010 i sent a pm to him regarding how i didnt receive the items and all he said was basically that "the items were supposed to arrive earlier that week." pretty much offering no solution or attempting to help solve the issue. i then pmed him what the estimate for shipping delivery would be for my package and i received another instance where he logs in at a time that is after when i sent the pm and then logs back off, so getting pissed off that my pm is pretty much ignored, i posted in this thread.

iJack PM'd me today about selling me some N64 games. I see this issue isn't resolved yet and he isn't supposed to be soliciting sales. It all looks very shady. If you really didn't scam or anything I hope this is all worked out.

I knew you would say that. Truth is that you've gone out of your way to avoid having to provide tracking to others on this forum. You even walked away from a deal because buyer wanted it in the thread I linked to above. Now we're supposed to treat it as coincidence when another buyer doesn't get his items from you? And despite your assertion that you've done smooth transactions here, you wouldn't provide any links when pressed. Now we find out that you're sneaking around PMing people to sell things, even after being told not to. Plus a history of hijacking infractions and whatnot. Enough.

And yes bass it's totally shady he happened to have all five games lol. Plus his name is IJack

If the items ever do arrive, we can look at unbanning the guy though he's done in the Marketplace either way. Otherwise this is a perma and bass you should post his info in the feedback thread. Sorry.

And fwiw I sold some PS3 games to this OP a couple of months ago and had no issues with him.

Based on where iJacks IP traces to in Canada, there's a not impossible chance that this could be one of KyleFall's scam accounts.

OP brought something to light that i feel is fairly significant. IJack seemingly had every game OP had asked for. This was also the case in my thread. I wanted all the new sports games and he said he had madden, ncaa etc... I really wanted that new mlb game asked if he could somehow get ahold of it. His response was "yea ill just throw that in," as if he had it laying around. My whole dealing with him seemed weird. Gonso has pointed out the two most important facts here. Ijack doesn't do delivery confirmation, and has yet to provide past transactions. Ive done an extensive search through the marketplace for past transaction with him involved and have found 0. Hope this gets resolved OP

Also: maybe look into contacting FTP? I don't know if its a valid arguement you can present to them, but it might be worth a shot to get his account locked
