today i made an update. now lobby looks sort of different and it seems that xou can only join a limit and get a tbale automatical without the option to see the involved players. that really sucks!!!!

definatly really bad for everyone who wants to gamesselect. also dont see the reason why hu is completly removed

. its definatly a bad change for most pros. i dont know if fish like it more. maybe

i like the new lobby. and getting rid of the zillion HU tables as well . Obv they are changing their focus and targeting the fun players that like easy , fair micro to midstakes 6/9max games

Seeems to me they just tried to ban every game in which people win considerable amounts of money. Why not have rush hu? I hope these changes fail and they reverse it back, as they have done in the past.

As I pointed out many times before, FTP and PS business model is basically:

Deposits - withdrawls - expenses = profits

That makes big winners leaks unless those big winners are marketable personalities that attract more losing players.

since i don't play hu lately, i'm glad hu is gone since a bunch of those fish will just sit 6m now cuz w/e poker.

played some today still not too sure about the changes. I'm not against it atm. you can still totally bumhunt but as said ftp is a ghost town nowadays anyway so who cares.

It is strange that we don't have 10/20 normal tables, just shallow. On NLHE they do have 2k normal tables. We should also get that.

Eliminate every game in which regs can still win money, in a dying poker economy = squeeze the last bit of money out of this game while they still can.

I think we should be fortunate that we were able to win what we were able to win in the last 10 years, but those days are soon to be completely over. We are going to end up with unbeatable raketraps in which some players will still have huge short termish winrates due to variance, but where we in the end all lose 10bb/100 to the operator.

what's strange that a new table starts only with 3+ players but if one players leaves the remaining players can continue HU . I would advocate to introduce a 'play 2+ / 3+ handed' button similar to the zoom-tables on stars.

You are thinking about this wrong.

What FTP/PS wants is a way to match similarly skilled players so money bounces back and forth, leaking rake all the time.

Your system matches even the fattest fish with the "king of the hill". That is pretty much the opposite of what FTP/PS wants.
