Live game. The blinds are 1-2, but the minimum bring-in $5 and the max open raise when one is first to act is $15 preflop. Kinda weird rules, but whatever.

Villain is a very aggressive and smart lady in her mid 40s. Definitely the most aggressive on the table. Capable of raising and 3-betting both in and out of position with a wide range of hands. Will put pressure on weakness, but knows when to slow down. We have been playing together for a few hours now and have tangoed a few times. We also have some history as well playing in a 2-5 NL game, but this is the first time we have sat down in an Omaha game together. In my 2nd hand at the table, I coolered her when I flopped quad Tens to her flopped Jacks full and she lost $600. She then went down about another $1500 getting sucked out on and making some bad river calls with small boats against some tighter players on the table. Then she managed to claw back up after we went all-in preflop HU with her cracking my AAQ6 vs her 4568 for a $1600 pot. Then we tangoed here and there and I won back about $400 from her, but nothing going to showdown.

I am the second most aggressive player on the table, but that isn't really saying much as most of the table is just loose and passive. My raise range is quite wide as is my calling range and I've been 3-betting a decent range of hands in position.

Eff stacks - around $2000

Hero is UTG with AsAc9cQh and raises to $15. MP calls and Villain OTB calls. Everyone else folds.

Flop is Ad 3c 5s

I bet $30, MP folds, villain raises to $100.

My move?

In the hand I just called. I was thinking that villain certainly could have 24 in her hand and is fully capable of calling a single raise preflop with hand like A245. If I repop, she is definitely going to repop it again if she has the straight and I'm not sure if I could chase the FH and backdoor flush draw given our eff stacks.

Turn brings the 4c.

I checked and villain bets $200.

My move?

Well what do you want to do here other than calling?

Maybe you should tell us the river

$200 to call to win pot of $645 is a pretty easy call. Worse case, you have equity of 30%-35%.

Raising sounds like a terrible idea for the same reasons OTF.

River?

River was a 9

I checked and villain checked.

When she checked, I thought my my top set was good, but then she showed A256 .

Sorry, I know the turn is an easy call. Certainly not the point of my virgin post here.

I did think briefly for a turn check-raise to put pressure on her as I did not think she would have 67 in her hand based on the flop play. However, I had not seen her fold many smaller non nut straights facing pressure and she was not afraid of playing deep with non nutty hands. So I elected the more passive approach as I didn't feel much in terms of fold equity. Though I'm not sure if I would have been terribly wrong to do so considering the number of outs I had to a nut FH and backdoor flush draw.

Would anyone else think of bumping this flop, given villain's description, is a bad play? Against a more tighter and straight foward player, I would not consider it much. But this was a tricky and aggressive villain I was dealing with here.

No. Hand played itself and is pretty standard to me. Calling both streets is fine.

Lady prob is tricky and good. River was prob 9c and op missed a chance to take it down with a Bet or 3b bluff OTR.
