Assume BTN is an aggresvie solid player.

I think there are arguments for taking several different lines on the flop.

The major factors are:
Being OOP
150BB deep
3 way to the flop
draw heavy board

I decide to check, hoping to BTN would take a stab and then SB would shove, allowing me to come over the top. I don't like my line after SB folds, we are never way ahead when the money goes in and are sometimes crushed.

I guess its ok to stack off here without some reads that BTN is a super nitty guy or something. I think you can just call it but this would suck as there are lots of scarecards that can hit and you would not get any action on them. If hes got Qxxx with Kinghigh FD+GS he might get it in on the flop however a str8 card would kill any action on both sides also you might not get payed of if the board pairs. Think shippen here should be best isnt it?

would you say the same for a b3b line?

This is serious FPS to go for the C/R with the betting lead when you're not even first to act and as you stated the stack sizes actually make it worse and allow villain to lay down some big hands. Just bet/3-bet.

Probably not flipping to the same extent, but I'm not exactly fist pumping.
