Is it "wrong" to get this in pre? 1k cap game Is it "wrong" to get this in pre? 1k cap game

Playing live 1/3/6 where the 6 is a button straddle. 300-1k cap buy in range. full ring action of 9 players.

Game is generally soft with players who either turn their hands face up or just station, a lot of limping and most pots 4ways+.

Hero: 1.1k, HJ 1.2k, LJ 525

Hero starting hand in SB w K9J9sscc, flats the 6... couple limps.
Drunk fun player in HJ pots to 40, btn calls, i call, another EP player calls and then LJ limp pots to 255.
LJ player generally does this w aces or any kind, have also seen him turn over hands such as AQT4 1s. The HJ then calls the 255.
Comes back to me and i feel like i'm in great shape if both my suits are live, HJ could have any trash, and i don't want to put in 1/4 of my stack and brick a flop OOP. Therefore i elect to jam for 1.1k total with the thought that i would anticipate winning side for at worst even result? LJ calls and HJ quickly calls after.

My question is if this is a wrong or questionable thought process throughout the hand? With only one month of plo experience I've been beating this game playing in a low variance fashion and not sure how i feel just ripping in this in pre.
Appreciate all the feedback!

Spoiler:
Hands LJ:A4A6ddhh
HJ:3567

Why not put 1/4 stack in OOP?

It's a terrible jam pre considering the LJ definitely has Aces and you most likely only have 35% equity. You basically have no fold equity either

not even willing to raise pre but willing to call off 1k- yea that makes sense.

Doesn't seem like a limp, call, and eventual over shove for stacks is ever going to be the right play against two players when all you have is double suited nines. If you had double suited aces and got to that exact moment (oddly) then so be it.

"any trash" sounds like you are underestimating his equity and overestimating yours... Even against a 100%-range you are not a big favourite...

Lol. Don't want to raise pre then limp calls a raise faces a 3b then elects to giin against aa lol!

What hands are you ever An equity favourite here?
