PLO600 HU - Weird turn spot IP, 3bp w Nutblocker, J high FD, GS and pair

over 85 hands, villain 3bs 37%, barrels every time i seem to show weakness and has not been c/raising till now
if we include all his Fds here...
but he prolly won't barrel them all on this turn. i know the turn raise is a bit on the spewy side, but...
WTF? - wouldnt he try to let me bluff off when he has it here? Or was he scared on the turn w QT that i freeroll with QT + FD?
But for a hero call, i guess my hand is too weak... what do YOU put him on?
