PLO400 River play

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
PL Omaha $4(BB) Replayer
SB ($351)
BB ($246)
UTG ($455)
UTG+1 ($405)
CO ($838)
Hero ($414)

Dealt to Hero K 3 Q J

UTG raises to $12, fold, fold, Hero calls $12, fold, fold

FLOP ($30) K T Q

UTG checks, Hero bets $22, UTG calls $22

TURN ($74) K T Q Q

UTG checks, Hero bets $60, UTG calls $60

RIVER ($194) K T Q Q 3

UTG bets $56, Hero raises to $172, UTG raises to $361 (AI), Hero folds ???

OPP is quite strong PLO reg, he's playing a lot of hands from all positions (about 30% UTG), however he is not very agressive postflop. Probably thinks that i'm not very tricky/tough player. Raise/folding river is bad? how about just calling or raise/calling?

Re: PLO400 River play

wierd hand. As played, i'm not ever folding. I would guess you will split frequently, sometimes he will have KK, maybe an occasional spazz bluff... but yeah, call and live with it.

I would make my river raise size bigger usually (although mmmmaybe you induced something? prob not though).

Re: PLO400 River play

So I take it if we have KKxx we are folding since he has to have QQxx? I can't fathom any argument where this is a fold. It's less than a click it back.

I guess when people are folding getting a bagillion to one when they lose to exactly ONE hand, it's not hard to be a tough player.

My only question is preflop, if villain is raising 30% utg why no 3B?

I don't understand how river is not a raise with 2nd nuts - is there anywhere in the hand where you will just instantly put villain on KKxx?
