19-21 / fold or give up river, depending on player bet some straight completing rivers.

wont his main range be Axxx? so if i bet the turn shouldnt i bet the river if i dont hit? otherwise checking this back seems cheaper.

Riv is opponent dependant. Some always have at least an ace if they called turn. Others will continue to chase draws on turn.
