don't think that it's an easy shove on flop
1. to be honest I think hero is 4betting a little light as his aces are not very good, but we don't know his hand and he's described as TAG so I think this would look really strong ( a lot of double suited hands, strong suited aces, double suited kings, and KQJT or even hands like KJT9 or JT98 double suited)
2. now since sb is described as fish hero would prob cbet most boards without being worried about him playing back at him but for us w/ this hand it would prob be better to just call since we have nut flush blocker and can disguise our hand a little bit better and give hero the chance to hang himself later on in the hand if a heart hits since he prob will have tough time seeing himself behind our calling range and if he bets again he'll be pretty much pot committed
