i was p confident smokey was a multiaccount of someone whose been around for ages.

I played with smokeyumyum at midstakes around that time and didn't get anything.

Smokeyumyum is the only one I played from that list last year and havent seen him since.

EDIT: Dont think he cheated, maybe multiaccount if something.

Played with first 2 names recently, biurtyj is Russian player that has been around forever and plays alot of different games.

There is something with licenses going on recently, part of the player pool is on a different one then the others and you cant transfer to them, for example UK to POL transfers were locked for few months.
