Also, idk if anyone who plays nosebleeds reads this thread. But a recreational player was playing today, busted, then took one orbit to reload to 40k, and Jeans/Superatos/Toweliestars left the table for the orbit until he sat back in. now, i assume people are ridiculously cynical as my default, but that's just outrageous guys, cmon!?

the hands must be deleted and reimported for the ev to be fixed. so basically delete all your ps hands from when you started using RIT and reimport from your archive / request from stars.

Figured you'd love this. It just adds an extra sweat. You get to sweat the board cards, and then you get to sweat villains cards.

I finally took it off like a month ago though, realizing that I got too tilted from it sometimes.

The warning timer at 8 is atrocious. I'll have to completely restructure my multitabling habits and still I see a lot of timing out because of it.

Stars ignored all the feedback they got from this thread.

And again, PLO is put in the same group with NLHE. It's not the same game, people at PokerStars. Acknowledge that.

I'm not happy.

damn hmmmm, never come close to timing out when playing a bunch of tables. guess it can't be too good for people like me but probably good for everyone else

did enjoy sitting 1 reg speed and 1 fast and getting them both starting up at same time against rec players a bunch of times

actually they basically made it the same time to act pre as before on the fast tables, awesome! I always tried to start mainly those anyway and for sure the rp's came to those wayyyy more often. still don't quite understand how postflop has changed.

and really stars, plo is not the fkn same as nl, idk how they could possibly be the same times for decisions

PLO vs. NLHE
In earlier versions of this plan, we had discussed giving more time to act in PLO games than in NLHE games. However, we ultimately decided against this.
Although PLO players take slightly longer to act on average than NLHE players, the difference is small. PLO players are already adapting appropriately by playing significantly fewer concurrent tables on average. Additionally, a higher percentage of PLO actions are postflop, resulting in a higher average time allowed to act under the new system that will soon be implemented.

there is this in the end of it, or was this added later hence the outrage?!

They have effectively told us to play fewer tables in order to react faster.

That is total bull****. I don't see them speeding up nlhe and telling 24 tablers to reduce.

a big **** you again (except min bi). there were great suggestions in this thread, for example to limit the # of tables for players who take too long time acting on avg to keep the games pleasurable. these changes are purely out of greed to bank in more rake, which is already beyond outrageous for plo games.

you have to understand PLO is a very small part of the overall market. very small.

isn't this something that's already happening? i recall reading about someone who had their max # of tables dropped to 20 or 16 for being too slow. they also allow increases for people who have proven to be able to play 24+ without slowing down the games.

Everything that makes the games harder for the multitablers, is a good thing. Well done pokerstars

what are you actually unhappy about ?

the way i see it , we get more hands per hour ? or am i wrong ?

we most certainly do.

hopefully majority is happy with the change.

i always had the fast tables filtered out; seems like they changed the filter with the new software update just now, but there are still fast tables and normal tables. probably next server restart they go ahead with the change.

e: yeah next week, re-read the op, missed that point earlier.
