Been playing 3 handed for 40 hands, recreational player just left, first hand HUHU. Villain has been pretty reasonable but on the aggressive side preflop, we haven't yet scrapped much postflop

Probably call based upon the read 3-handed with fish.

Probably fold if this was the 10th hand heads up and villain seemed reasonable.

That villain has a ton of better made hands than us in this spot, most players don't have a huge number of bluffs here.. but raising can be better than calling because villain may fold better 2 pairs and sets if he gives us credit for the straight

I agree, would fold the river and strongly consider folding the turn against most opponents
