Only Lov2 was a high stakes pro, he kinda understood other HS guys are better nowadays and quietly stepped down to play lower stakes. I am sure he is up a few M from poker, there was no blow up or anything.

I've had a rough run lately and decided I rather grind SNE with a winrate at 0.5-1 / 1-2 for now than play at 2.5-5 / 10 -20 kind of games with all the variance and crushers there. My quality has always been being able to play lot's of hands, as opposed really crushing certain stakes, so it's not a bad fit. I've always bungee'ed through the stakes as I am way more degen than most, but this time I might play these lower stakes for a while.

cliffs: Several Stars a/c's hacked. Seems to be Stars specific i.e. email a/c's, bank a/c's & PC's not compromised.

even still, its a bit disconcerting that so many player accounts usernames and passwords weren't reset but the accounts were still hacked

Usually the way people get into accounts is through their email adress (it's usually the weakest link in the chain and makes it for easy password resetting elsewhere, etc).

Pretty weird those individuals only got their PS accounts hacked. Unless they had very weak passwords, or there's an exploit in the PS software, I guess

i remember like 6months ago ppl were saying not to horde VPPS and to spend them asap etc. Reason for this was something like they may get changed, become way less valuable etc. Did this fear turn out to have evidence or was this just to be on the safe side? what are highest value things in store?

Actually the $20 donation to CARE international is .1667c per FPP, just bought one myself

Farewell fellow 2+2ers. Yesterday was my last day as a poker pro, I'll be a rec from now on. Please, behave towards me accordingly

It's been a fun ride these past 7 years. I had my ups and downs, made a few long-term friends, a ton of short-term foes, all in all it was a wonderful experience. From the 1st of April I'll be devoting all of my non-family time and attention to some new endeavors and I hope it won't be a joke

You won't be seeing much of me around here but whoever wants to keep in touch probably knows how to reach me.

Wow, good luck man. I can't say I'm too surprised, you seemed to be moving away from the grind over the last year or two. Sad to see you go - you've always been one of the better 2p2 posters. Not that sad to see you go from the tables though
