Flop- I can go either bet/check and think either is fine. Think with top set on a semi-connect board with 2,3 I'm betting.
Turn- I'm checking as well.
River-I'm folding unless reads otherwise. Just looking at his 19/8 stat line makes him seem passive to me so I'm definitely folding.

Flop bet is ok, river is definitely a fold. If villain was peeling with a straight draw it makes sense to bluff if the board bricks out, but given it got there it's pretty hard for him to get to this river with any bluffs. Save yo bluff catching dollaz for another day.

what do you think he is calling you with on the flop that you beat? even if he had a wrap, which wouldn't call with on the flop, it got there. very likely he has low or medium flush.

flop sizing is excellent.

BB is a nit - time to turn your hand into a bluff on turn and go for triple barrel.
