I watched the tutorial masta linked but I ****ed this thing up bad

but always watching the tutorials on anything in the future to build a master pc

You got lucky because you could've fried your motherboard and/or power supply if you were to succeed. Replacing a cpu is not as simple as storage drives.

Does anyone know what happened to lefty/4cardgrind/rollover2k/jim? I haven't seen a post from him on here in a very long time. Does he still play poker or did he move on to other ventures?

Always seemed like a good dude who was very smart and did well at quietly handling his business and profiting at the plo tables

As internet poker chatbox raging goes, that imo is both very mild and also clever and amusing

I find society's preoccupation and obsession w/ the ebola "epidemic" more disturbing than someone making a joke about the disease. At least in its current form, it poses almost no risk to any 1st world country, so not sure why it's the only news story anyone cares about and some people are panicking about it.

A lot of people have nothing of real interest in their lives and any 'interesting' stories from the outside world will easily become topic of conversation. In particular bad news stories like Ebola.

I guess it works kinda the same as when people talk about the weather. Bad/abnormal weather, maybe even nowhere near where people live (like in a case of a typhoon or severe hurricane for example), is always a hit on the news because it's easy for people to listen, acknowledge and discuss it. Even though it offers no significant threat to most of the people discussing the topic.
