I don't know about any games or casinos in Paris but if you're willing to drive, Deauville is a couple of hours drive away and has a pretty nice casino so I've heard.

At Cercle Clichy Montmartre, they have mostly two table of 5/5 PLO (dealer choice between 4 cards or 5 cards, mostly 5cards). Rake is 30€ an hour (food and drinks comps). Min buy-in 250€ no max.

That play small during the afternoon. You can see 10k€ stakes during the night.

The annual free to enter is 50€ for a calendar year.
