Villain 3 bets 22%, cbets flop in 3 bet pots like 80%, and double barrells pretty sparingly, he will shut down on a lot of scary rivers. Kinda lost here.

Push. That's safe turn card and he might have a draw so if u call turn, many rivers u are just guessing whetever he got there or not.

this is one of the very few hands i'm folding pre (when not tilted). as played jam and be pretty happy about it.

I mean to me it is a very easy jam on turn. I would call the 3bet pre but I think that maybe folding is correct.

wether to fold or not depends alot on how good villain is imo. vs most fish you can never fold this vs any 3bet %

It depends more on the specifics of his turn barreling range. If he's only betting sets/two pair and big flush draw combos (AA+FD,ATJ+FD,JT+FD etc) then you're not getting the right price.

But if he's one of the players who is jamming 3456 with spades on the turn, and all the similar combos then you probably have to stack off.

You said he doesn't double barrel much, so I guess it's a fold, but it kind of depends how many hands that's over and what he's actually shown down when he's double barreled.

I dont know about you guys, but I'm towards the top of my range here. Esp. against a guy who doesnt barrel much (I wont slowplay flop much).

Yeah, this hand is pretty much the top of anyone's range so if you're folding here it's purely an exploitative play.

even given reads that villain doesn't double that often, why call the flop if you plan to fold this turn? i would jam turn and feel ok about it

Fold pf. If turn is somewhat close, it's probably best to just fold. Against many villains, it isn't though.

After running some sims i found that its actually closer than I thought on turn. Certainly not a clear jam, if you have a solid read that this guy doest double barrel much maybe you should fold. Pretty gross though.
