I think it's a fold unless st1ck is 3betting a short stack way too light. You probably have ~1/3 equity in the main pot but I don't think you have ~50% vs. st1ck in the side pot even factoring in dead cards from MOP.

Turn, come over the top for balance imo

Think he will b/f both AA/KKxx K9xx 89xx+fd KKxx+fd AAxx+fd with this stacks and if he has AKxx we obv have *ok* equity. When we run in to the AKxx+fd it's just a headshaker.
