Turn 953Qr. Checks to me. He's got about 1800 behind with 800 in the pot.

Action?

He doesn't seem very sticky, and has folded to a bunch of turn barrels previously, but he's stuck and may be looking to gamble.

hmm. Seems close between shove and check-behind.

A9 seems to be good a lot of the time, which favors a shove. Might also get TT/JJ/KK to fold.
check-behind isn't that bad if villain is weak and won't abuse you by betting most blank rivers.

anyone think of checking the flop? You said the raiser was passive so his hand range pretty much nails the QJ. Protecting an overpair and semibluffing an 8 card draw is not that good especially considering you are probably behind and both players probably have blockers. Clearly he has you beat on the flop and you're just getting it in bad, the turn call is a crappy spot because of what happened on the flop.

ur c betting too many hands, prolly puttin too much dead money in pots..also try 3 betting a bit more with combos
