I was thinking we could do something similar to the sweet 16 pool squares. Basically we could have the scores between 0 and 4+ for each team in a grid like manner. So there are 25 squares in total. The payouts are then split say 1% for each group game and so on to 20% for the final. This will mean you have action on every game( just hope you dont draw (4+,4+)!

heh, ya i cant find an easy way to explain. There are 25 different scorelines possible 0-0, 1-0 0-1, 2-1, 2-2, 1-2 ,3-3, 3-1, 1-3....4(+)-4(+). You can buy a square which gets you once of those scorelines for the whole tournament.
Every game played you get a chance to hit your score...with a higher payout of the prize pool going on the later games.
