Villain is 46/27 15% 3b over 50 hands. Flop cbet only 33% (sample size I know) but he bet this flop pretty quickly which makes me think he's not folding to a jam.

Very nice sizing from villain here, I think folding is ok without the nut draw as calling will commit us to a lot of turns, sometimes in disastrous shape

We are making a big mistake if villain has something like kkxx and both our ace and flush draw is live or is taking some strange b/f lines but that doesn't seem that likely

Maybe just fold this hand to the 3bet

Just seems ridiculously nitty folding this preflop but then I flop a flush draw and I can't even get it in...

I agree but you can easily addess that by opening smaller preflop, say $27.. if you get 3bet you still have the option to fold but postflop will be more favorable for you if you call
