Thats fine, or just see if roy minds putting all 16 teams in a list and doing it through a random generator and take the top 4 on the list for each person. Or one of us can do it whilst on teamviewer with a couple of others watching. I don't mind volunteering for that. Also clarify that its all games in the euros and not just the group stage. And in knockout stage its results after 90 mins that count

Extra time and penalty shootouts should count. It's not a problem. Just means either 3 points or 0.

could you at not least seed some of the teams? This is mainly because i dont want to get Ireland, Denmark, Czech R. and Greece only to see someones bagged Holland, Spain, France and Germany. There wouldnt even be a sweat.

Yea that'd work, if everyone's happy with that we shoukd set a deadline date for joining as June 6th? And do the draw that day aswell.

And for the KO stage 3 points for whoever advances 0 for whoevers knocked out even if it's 1-1 and goes to ET

Payout structure aswell everyone should say what they want, I fine with winner take all top 2 or top 3 ( if there's over 12 say)
