Ok how can we do the neutral ev ? If we get 16 people we can get randomly assigned 1 country each? Or anyone have any better ideas ?

not that i have a better idea but that is just going to be 10 teams drawing dead.

Yea I didnt like That idea, there's actually a lucky dip button on fantasy league sites where we could get as many people as we like and just let the computer decide the team and no changes allowed , could be more of a sweat ? I'm up for anything throw ideas out there if u have any or how is it usually done ? Never done 1 before

I'm pretty sure Chinaski came up with a good idea. You don't draw teams, you draw scores. For example, if you draw the 1-1 slot, every game that finishes 1-1 after 90 minutes nets you money.

That's how I understood it, at least. It should be way more fun than drawing teams because every single game becomes a sweat, and you avoid people drawing dead with Poland etc.

Last time we did something like randomly assigning 5/6 teams for each person (yes there could be team overlay), and then victory would count x points, draw y and losses 0 (victory in quater/semi and finals could be >x as well). I think this ended up working out okay. Eitherway I'm up for anything...
