It probably works the same way as in Vienna (or any other casino?), you can purchase chips with credit card and the amount will be "blocked" till midnight or for 24 hours. When returning them back the amount will be "released" and nothing basically happened to your skrill account.
From my experience back then the waiting list was not a big issue if you wanted to play PLO. Probably easier to get a seat when you want to play somewhat similar to 5/10 online. Lower stakes have longer waiting lists.
yeah purchase worked fine, actually it looks like i maked a rly tiny plus cause of the exchange rates they offered.
Well, depending when u come, but at the time where i arrived the lists exploded, cause they also played some small sat for a 2k event(dunno why they have to block like 8 tables from the cg area for this ****!^^), and you also had to wait a fair amount of time if you wanted to play 2/400 - 5/1k, which is like 10/20-25/50 in $, under this i would expect you basically have no change to get seat w/o waiting hours judging by the length of the shown waitlists.
P.S. Another thing regarding deposit at the casino, its possible from 500k+ czk
