Its pretty obvious when to pot in multiway pots (for example big draw, nuts on draw heavy boards, blocker to nuts)
but what hands should be compiled to pot in HU pots without crushing your normal C bet range of roughly 70%
I mean total air hands should be in it, thats clear and some hands with good backdoor potential. The question is if i put top set and big draws in it too, im scared that people will always raise my normal C bets then. So there obviously needs to be a good mix.
I admire BERRI SWEET, he seems to be the king when it comes to potting. Although its in heads up, dont know if he uses it that much in 6max, but he does it to almost perfection.
It doesn't hurt to just use the same sizing each time you elect to cbet to keep things simple. It's easier to break down all of the hands in your own range and split them into some reasonable bluffing/vbetting frequencies with the same sizing than to, for example, cbet for 70% pot mostly and then some portion of your range as a 100% pot sizing which opens you up to being exploited if your opponents figure out which parts of your range you pot and which parts you don't.
