Been two tabling villain for about 50 hands; seems competent, haven't caught him act out of line yet, or any major bluffs...then this hand

hero is dealer with $508
villain bb with $494

dealt 5672 opens to $12
villain 3 bets to $36 (7% 3bet frequency so far)

villain checks, hero bets $45, villain calls

villain checks, hero bets $65, villain raises to $277

Yeah I think betting the flop is standard. OTR V can have KQ in his range for sure as played and although I think many opponents will attack a small bet on the river such as the one you made, I think it's probably just a fold as played based on the description of V.

it is much better to c/r the flop than to lead out since this allows your opponent a chance to bluff and he is going to bet any value hand anyway.

dunno how many villains go for c/c on the turn with any KQ given the flop checked through but i guess there are still some - i dunno why you bet that size though because it's very possible villain thinks you can't have either KQ or 52 at this point and you have potentially induced without knowing how much you have actually induced
