I can imagine that there is maybe a conflict of interest in the house. Let`s say that the suspicious accounts are really colluding or botting. If you look at the PLO100+ pool then there wouldn`t be much action left.
The more i think about it the less i would exclude the chance of "ipoker gives a f...". Reason: Bots and colluders generate rake and there is already not much action. They know that their software is crap and it`s only about gaining some money and they don`t care about how.
Look at the development of the client: same peace of shi... since a decade and maybe only used like a ill cash cow who gives some milk but you know it`s dying.
Or these are house-bots. Ipoker told itself that they are thinking about house-bots. They said that they will mark these "bots" if they would use these. But maybe someone in the management got the idea "not to tell" because it`s more EV for them.
