10/20 Everyone is passive, Everyone has ~2200

Early position minraise. 2 cold calls, Hero calls SB with KKsJs8
BB raises pot (240). all call

Pot (1200), effective stacks are all ~2000
Flop: 38Qr, one spade

Hero considers
(a) Pot / GII
(b) bet 800 / fold
(c) check

Preference is (b)

Reasons:
-block one 8
-dry board, bloated pot
-expect everyone will play honestly.
-If BB has AA, will have a tough time calling with the whole field behind

Too crazy, or just the right amount of crazy?

I feel like the extra $400 in a pot bet means more actually as your opponent figures he's going to have to gii. So really your folding out all hands except sets and q/8. And it depends on the player as I myself, could justify a q/8 fold stack sizes being what they are and I'm sure some could fold bottom set here.

Also, a 9/10/j run down probably folds most times with a full pot bet

Live poker, 4 ways to the flop and relatively shallow stacks. Just x/f flop. I despise bet/folding half your stack. Definitely don't pot/fold.
