How many BBs would you consider minimum to accept PLO as game of skill?

OP, what is it that you're asking? Is your question related to a BB/100 winrate? Or maybe how many BB's in your roll so that you're diminishing the impact of variance and thereby gambling less?

There's no contention that PLO is a game of skill. Just like there's no contention that almost all variants of poker are, amongst those that know the game. So if you're wanting to know whether you're getting lucky or are a winning PLO player, there's no substitute to playing a sizeable number of hands and discussing hands/posting on forums and getting feedback from players who might have a little more experience than you have.

Lastly, the search tool on the forums can be a handy function for addressing a lot of these questions. If you don't have a tonne of PLO experience, check out the SSPLO forums.

thanks for the advice

I was asking if playing 50bb PLO is still profitable considering the variance of the game over the long term and if there are are players who vouch that without 200bb at least they would not show profit in PLO
