600 HU flop play/line in 3b pot

Villian is a reg that sat multiple tables, I don't have too many reads on how he plays in 3b pots, especially on boards like this:

Thoughts on checking rather than betting? Given my line, ck call best? What about turn if I brick etc?

Definitely agree flatting pre, but as you said given your line...I would c-bet flop. If going to check flop definitely CRAI.

Whats ur reasoning for c/r? IŽd expect most people to not expect us to c/f a lot here on flop so i wouldnŽt count on them stepping really light at all here?

Usually iŽd c/c if i check while i might prefer betting...anyway ...could convinced otherwise (c/jam)?

Re: 600 HU flop play/line in 3b pot

Some of you guys have suggested bet/jam flop. This isn't a flop you get raised on often so why would I jam if he raises? Dont like ck jam either bc doubt he bets worse draws when cked to. At first when I played it I thought checking was bad but am having second thoughts and think ck calling can be ok?? Doubt he brls 2 pr so if board pairs I can lead and/or maybe he brls spade on the occasion he did bluff??

Thanks

Re: 600 HU flop play/line in 3b pot

The problem is you flop well for your hand here and you are still hesitant to bet/get it in (understandably as well). So I don't like the 3 bet pre and I don't love the flop check either because what is the plan for non spade <T. I just think you are put into a spot where he can play pretty perfectly in position by bluffing any scare cards that don't hit him and VBing ones that do. It also makes you a much tougher opponent betting more of your range on this flop.
