not sure if 5-5 plo is deemed high stakes, this is my first post here.
i played a hand and i'm not sure if i played it well or not, wondering what you guys think....

played 5-5 plo at bogata sat down w $1000 (buy ins were 500-2500)

at this point its 7 or 8 handed and the average stack is about $2000
i'm not sure what i started the hand with but i think it was about $1300

I straddle to 10 and got 5 limpers
I pot it to 70 with Ad Kh Qh Js and get 2 callers

flop: As Kd 2d

I'm first to act and check
next guy bets 130
other guy folds
I rr to 350 he calls

turn: T h

I shove for 850 ish and he calls

we ran it twice Js hits first river and Kc hits second river

he said I filled up and I regreted it but I said the same b4 he fliped his cards
I showed he mucked but im assuming he flopped a set of douces

if I didn't hit a diamond, A, K, Q, J or T on the turn I was gona shut down

did I play it bad on the flop?
by rr him on the flop after potting pre I figured he'd have to put me on aces or at least an A high flush draw, i was playing very tight prior to this hand.

what you guys think?

So are you saying that if the 7 of clubs comes OTT you are check/folding?

ok maybe i'm not check folding but i wouldnt have potted it

idk cuz its not like i really have a diamond draw i just have the blocker
T is the only card that gives me a str8

You have the nuts on the turn, correct?

If the 7c comes you have 10 outs to the nut straight and 4 to the boat.

Plus he could just play like that a worse 2 pair, a straight draw like yours, a low set he could fold, a flush draw.

Put all this hands in his range and calculate.

Always remember that against a set we still have close to 30% equity plus some fold equity.

Only hand that really crushes us is set+FD.

Given our blockers he would have set of deuces and in that case we still have AAKK and all the non-diamond str8 cards. (7 if I'm not wrong)

Total of 11 outs agains the worst possible situation for a total of about 23%.
The pot is 1200ish and you bet 850 to win a total of 2900.

That percentage is still close to 23% so it would be only a slight mistake to GII against set of deuces + FD OTT.

I'm not great at the game so see what others think.

yes but im lookin to know if i played my hand badly on the flop or if i dont hit the nuts on the turn wat would the right move be... considering the size of the pot and my stack size

but scare cards dont matter on the river if all the money goes in the turn

trivially easy shove on any non-diamond turn imo, i think whole hand wp, lead flop def a viable alternative, but i don't mind c/r + depending on tendencies of players could be best option

I'm shoving every turn cept 3 4 or 5os probably. Surprised people rnt shoving a diamond turn with ad... Seems fairly exploitable

A is worth something but isn't all that relevant considering that w/ spr on turn most live players prob calling w/ any flush. I would much rather shove an offsuit 3-5 than a diamond

Raise more flop when donked to : you have a very strong hand (top 2 + gutshot) but very vulnerable.

Bet flop. As played why are you shoving a Q or J turn?
