He 3bs 16% over 340 hands and it is my first 4b. We have a very sick c/R flop and 3b flop- reraise dynamic in 1R- pots. Would you play this hand any different?

either keep up with the raising war on the flop, or just flat

Whole hand looks good if you fold the river. I like the raise to induce against a suspicious bet-size on flop, but you can't expect to induce a 5-bet so flatting the 3-bet IP is standard. Then after the board pairs, you pretty much never see check turn/bet river as a bluff. He's either got ace-high flush or a boat.

he showed me 55 for quads.

how do you like his line leading out the flop small this deep?

I think his line's pretty fishy and check/calling would clearly be superior.

    yeah this

flatting 4-bet on flop without some sort of srs dynamic (being able to float his flop 4-bet with air) is bad.... just minraise it back if you decide to reraise flop and get 4-bet

his flop lead can be ok...
