I posted this hand on a group chat that I am in with pros of various backgrounds and got a bunch of different responses, so i'd like some more input on best way to play this hand.
I was not hero in this hand. Eff stacks are ~1350

Hero and villain are good friends, both play full time, very agro, pretty stationy with eachother (which they are both aware of).

Btn straddle, 8 handed, bb completes, hero opens 4466cc to 40 UTG+2, villain 3-bets next to 80, next player (nit) calls, bb folds.

Flop 37cKc.

Hero checks, V bets 150, nit folds, hero calls.

Turn 37cKc9c

Hero checks, V bets 300, hero calls.

River 37ckc9c2c

Hero checks, V bets 800ish all in.

The responses I got were:

Fold flop, fold turn, fold river, call river, don't open this hand.
Which is best or something else?

folding flop seems bad.

why not pot the flop c-bet, you got decent equity against most hands and he has to fold a lot of his trash?

as played folding turn seems annoying, but your flop calling range is full of clubs, i think folding turn is best.

river i dont know if this is some sort of level thing, but if you came that far i cant see myself folding anymore with the 4rth club and the pot odds

edit: after running some sims potting flop seems a bit overzealous. especially if he is not folding a pair and a FD. i guess i play it the same and fold turn, but if i call turn i call the river.

Also in general we call River when we call turn but the fact you mentioned both are stationy against each other I'm ok if hero folds River knowing that V thinks hero will. Station a 4th club and will not bluff too often in this spot.

we might have a slowplayed set or have called with Kxx9 we call the turn with.

i think this guy is not slowing down with the A or Q or even the J ever.

edit: also his sizing, seems like he didnt want you to be too commited. wouldnt he bet a tad bigger on the turn if he wanted to have you stuck in this pot?

folding flop is not good.

Folding pre is an absolute - Look up trouble hands in Live PLO and you will find this one right in there.

You do not wanna play these pre flop.

As played you are just guessing and hoping he doesn't have a higher flush.

These hands are thought preflop. I see the want to play them but in the small chance you flop a set, it's small, and then most of the time your against a bigger set. I lose the most w hands like this and 5677 type hands.

Fold pre and don't get in these spots. As played, I can't fold the flop and then the turn and river become a guessing game.

I would probably fold pre but as played it feels like we're getting dry Ac bluffed here like a LOT so I might call but I'm a massive fish so whatever.

8 handed, muck it when you see it. The hand has all sorts of defects. It's super fun to win with these types of hands, but the expectation is negative.

Ask yourself honestly if you'd rather see 46 suited 97 suited.

Despite TG trolling here, in most live games that are full ring this isn't terrible advice 😂
