Villain is usually completely face up, doesnt bet on the come, can usually bluff him off hands at river with nut flush blocker.

Hero has 2700 v covers

Hero dealt JT23 on straddle

Two limps and villain pots from BB. He only does this with AAxx

Hero calls as do both limpers

A84

V leads for 1/2 pot

Hero?

Bad gutshot bad backdoors guy you're putting on top set you can fold and not even feel remotely bad about it.

Easy fold. IMO you want to snap off aces with hands that have smooth equity distributions.

Pre is def a bit ambitious but its a chance to stack a guy IP. He is not a player who sees hands in terms of relative strength and he is very tight but hand is too weak. Not a whole lot going on with 23

Mistake #1

Im sure he will pot 2 streets but yeah, its pretty thin. I not only have to hit a 4 out turn but also avoid paired board.

So i call and woops 9

Mistake #2

V pots obv...sigh, gotta call now right? Or do we?

now we gotta call... you still have a ton behind and have 11 outs if you're hearts are no good, which they should be very often when he pots this turn..

Fold

Yeah folding anywhere is pretty good.

When v pots the turn and the ace of hearts is not on board he has to many of my outs blocked.

So...i call, river is 6c. V pots again, i FINALLY muck.

V did show me AhKhQcAc coz he is nice and likes me

i disagree with all the replies in this thread. you're plenty deep enough and if villain is that nitty of a player there are going to be a lot of board changes that will definitely scare him. you have a gutter, two bdfds, and a lot of turn cards give you a ton of outs. I would only really advocate taking this approach if you're an advanced player because if you don't know what you're really doing you are going to miss value and miss spots to bluff and take over the initiative in the hand.

Pre is whatever.

Flop is just an insta-fold. You're putting him on top set. Your running flush draws are not even close to the nuts, nor is your gutshot. Not a lot of phantom bluff outs for you. There are two other players still involved.

Hard to have a view on turn other than to go back in time and fold flop.

if you're not sure how you're going to proceed post flop with an hand like this, then you should most def fold pre

It seems like you limped pre; fold next time. Fold flop. As played, calling is the only option ott.

Call, raise any boardchanging card and raise on paired river as well cause we can rep quads.
